Ashley was fantastic, couldn't fault him. It's the billing that baffles me. For the shock absorbers I was quoted £450ish and the hand brake cables all fitted took it to £650. I didn't have the cables fitted and you still charged me for them. The mechanic didn't leave them, so why was I charged for them.

He was happy to answer any questions I had and proceed to carry out the work competently and didn't encounter any problems. We did a road test and all was well.
