Arrived on time and diagnosed what was wrong with car, but paying £95 to just to be told what was wrong and not fixing issue is very pricey

Arrived on time? yet 3 star? you booked a diagnostic check? which is what was carried out? you didnt book a fix? im at a loss what you think a diagnostic inspection is? plus you knew the price when you booked it? ruined my 5 star feedback, when i did everything you paid for? i mean i got £70 for that job that includes me drivng for 1hr and a half ,to get to you and back, my fuel, my car tax, my wear and tear on my car, my insurance, customer liability insurance,and dont forget the £4,000 i spent on Diagnostic equipment and last but not least my experiance, £95 doesnt sound to bad now does it? wait until you have to pay for the repair if you think £95 is expensive.

I Did a 4 yr Apprentiship at R and L plant limited but worked there for 5 yrs
Then worked at Plant and Tool limited as a diesel fitter.
Worked as a head mechanic at South Wales Morris minor specialist for 7 years
Worked at valley industrial as a head Diesel engineer/ Steel works
Worked at Cambrian garage as a head Mot Tester/mechanic I was also an Authorised Examiner for 2 yrs.
