Mark arrived 10 minutes early. Very friendly, likeable personality, and a great communicator. He got straight to work with little to work with in terms of the intermittant engine noise. But Mark was persistent, and manged to reproduce the noise to order, identifying a specific point on the rocker cover and the potential source of the engine noise, even allowing me to hear it clearly with his stethoscope. So it made perfect sense that it could NOT be a timing chain issue that another workshop had pointed to.
