Mark was great - flexible enough to arrange with the seller to inspect a day earlier - which was great for me as I was travelling a long way to buy the car. Very thorough report with plenty of pics - premium definitely worth the extra...as unless you're a mechanic then "you just don't know".... I was able, with the help of Mark's report and feedback, plus a quick call afterwards, to satisfy myself that the car was "as described" and there would be no surprises on the long post purchase drive home.....
