His report was detailed & comprehensive, and was received soon after the inspection was completed.
I spoke with Mark on the telephone twice following the report delivery, and he was open and honest in his assessment of the car, all of which was reassuring.

Mark was great - flexible enough to arrange with the seller to inspect a day earlier - which was great for me as I was travelling a long way to buy the car. Very thorough report with plenty of pics - premium definitely worth the extra...as unless you're a mechanic then "you just don't know".... I was able, with the help of Mark's report and feedback, plus a quick call afterwards, to satisfy myself that the car was "as described" and there would be no surprises on the long post purchase drive home..... Excellent service all round - would highly recommend.

My mechanic Mark was very friendly and competent and as soon as I booked the appointment I was informed step-by-step when he would turn up and complete the report, everything went great and the report was emailed to me within 24 hours super happy with the service I can't recommend them enough thanks so much click mechanic I will definitely recommend I'll be back in the future.
