Florian was fantastic. He called half an hour before he was due to arrive to let me know he was on his way. Carried out the works well.

Florin was really efficient and got the job done in quick time, considering the shop gave him the wrong parts. He quickly sourced some more and went and got them, communicated this really well with myself.

Florin was friendly , but he missed our 16:00 appt and called in late to say he didn't have the parts available. I had booked the afternoon off work to make sure i was home and available for him. To be fair , he agreed to come at 06:30 the next morning after i explained i had to get to work. He turned up at 06:45 today and undertook a difficult aux belt replacement that took him longer than the 1hr planned - i appreciated that he stayed until the job was finished and i could get to work. Happy with the quality of work and no further issues apparent with car.
