Andy was fab. It turned out it was an issue with a brake cover that was causing us the issue not the Brake disks or pads, he was open and honest and let me know what the issue was and resolved it for us instead of just going ahead and replacing the pads and disks and invoiced me for a call out charge which was fine by me as he had taken the time to come out. 5*
