“Graeme, the mechanic allocated by CM attended my address to diagnose / replace a battery on my 21 plated Hyundai Kona Hybrid. The work I requested ultimately wasn’t a conventional job as it turned out. Graeme contacted me by text with an ETA and attended promptly. Fault on the vehicle was a failure by me to reset the battery system. However if it wasn’t for his assistance and professionalism on the job, I may well have ended up opting for an expensive diagnosis with the dealer. Graeme is a credit to the industry, fully satisfied with the service.”

“I’ve had a number of CM jobs completed on two of my cars this year, this review relates to a major service, MOT and air con re-gas on a 21 plated Hyundai Kona Hybrid. The mechanic and garage allocated was Nick from Modern and Classic Garage Services. Nick attended promptly and at the agreed time. Whilst the car was on site being worked on, I received a full online inspection report with video footage provided and a phone call from Nick to confirm the findings. The system and service from this garage was of high quality and on par with high end dealerships. All work completed to my complete satisfaction, the car was returned having been cleaned - which in my book is a nice touch. Excellent service and I would highly recommend this garage in its own right.”

Had Henry from a local mobile mechanic firm, work undertaken was full all round renewal of brake pads / discs on my 21 plated Hyundai. Henry was polite, friendly and extremely professional. He turned up promptly at the time promised and work conducted completely to my satisfaction. A great job - all done by a nice guy! First class service all round.”

“OK ..... happy too ....,. This chap was .... exceptional ...... I have never ever considered, in fact didn’t even known you could get a car fixed over the “internet” ..... within two hours of making the booking, giving three days as possible, this chap phoned me and asked if he could pick the car up in two hours, he explained that he would take it away and gave me an eta to expect it back. He phoned me once when the car was on the ramp to explain what the problem was and fixed it and dropped it back bang on time. I really can’t fault this engineer, polite, punctual, knowledgable and above all a really fast and cost effective fix. Having used Volvo main dealers to service our company cars for over thirty years ......, this was another level ...... I don’t have that many cars now ....... but that engineer (sorry forgot his name) has got the business .... I’m doing this now and in future on-line and I’m telling anybody who wants to listen ..,, it’s the new normal. Good luck to you ... great concept and absolutely works when you can call on the sort of calibre of that engineer !!!!”
