Chris provided an excellent service from start to finish. He was friendly, warm, and professional throughout. Communication was excellent, with updates the day before and again on the morning of the appointment. He arrived on time, took the time to show me the repairs he had carried out, and explained everything clearly. Nothing felt rushed, and I really appreciated how thorough and reassuring he was. Christopher was fantastic. He arrived on time, was very friendly, and did a thorough job of changing my flat battery. He then checked my charging system, and checked my tyres and brakes too. I was very impressed and reassured, especially because I am physically disabled, with chronic health conditions, and having to take my car to a garage, and having to sit around and wait in line for my repair, would leave me in physical agony and exhaustion. I have had to experience that several times in the past when my car needed fixing, and it takes a huge toll on my health and well-being. Chris was knowledgeable and friendly. He gave me confidence that he would do a good job. When he was done he let me know what he had found and any issues he found that needed to be fixed. I will definitely use him again in thd future.

Christopher was excellent.
I booked him in for a pre-purchase inspection and it couldn't have been any better.
Communication was easy, both with myself and with him getting in touch with the seller. The report was great and had plenty of detail and he called me right after he'd sent the report over to explain some particular findings.
