Communication was excellent, with updates the day before and again on the morning of the appointment. He arrived on time, took the time to show me the repairs he had carried out, and explained everything clearly. Nothing felt rushed, and I really appreciated how thorough and reassuring he was. Christopher was fantastic. He arrived on time, was very friendly, and did a thorough job of changing my flat battery. He then checked my charging system, and checked my tyres and brakes too. I was very impressed and reassured, especially because I am physically disabled, with chronic health conditions, and having to take my car to a garage, and having to sit around and wait in line for my repair, would leave me in physical agony and exhaustion. I have had to experience that several times in the past when my car needed fixing, and it takes a huge toll on my health and well-being. Knowing that I have had my repair done so quickly and easily by Christopher coming to my home is priceless to me. I am very happy with my service and repair. Read more
