“The mechanic at Tyre Factory was friendly enough. He called to advise that several parts needed replacement, resulting in substantial additional costs above the service and MOT. This always seems to be the case. .. Knowing little about cars, it is hard for me to know if this is justified. But when you end up paying over £550 for something you budgeted £170 for, it isn't exactly welcome. Nevertheless, the work was completed to a high standard and the vehicle drives better as a result.“
