Trev called me ahead of the collection, exactly as I’d requested a couple of days before. He sent his colleague to pick up the car and we had a quick chat — he came across as a genuinely decent guy.

During the work I got a call to let me know the aux belt could do with replacing, and they explained it would simply be added to the final bill. Straightforward and transparent. I’m glad they flagged it, as it wasn’t part of the original job and they could easily have ignored it.

The car was delivered back at least two hours earlier than I expected, which was a great bonus.
