From the first contact to collecting and returning the car after a service and m.o.t. all was as it should be. I could actually see that the car had been serviced properly and the difference when driving it.
I requested that the spark plugs be replaced ,but after inspection I was told at this stage it was not required saving me money as the cost was removed from the original estimate.

Honest excellent service and fair pricing - what more can you ask?? Having had several bad experiences with other garages on the IOW including quoting for work that did NOT need doing, Trevor from Vectis garage is a very wellcome breath of fresh air. There is an honest mechanic out there - and he is it!! I completely and totally reccommend his services.

I found Trevor personable, helpful, communicated well and did the job in the allotted time. I haven’t had time to test drive it yet but I can see the difference the new rear coil springs make, looks brilliant!

Vectis Garage has done an excellent job, they managed to fit us in earlier than planned and hence the car was back to us at around the same time that they were originally going to pick it up, great service.
