Took 375 without doing any work it’s a rip off. Don’t use them try someone else

Hi Lora, to state that you have been ripped off is not correct, the radiator has been replaced on your car and the work it was booked in for has been completed. Unfortunately like I explained to you on the phone, you have another leak from the water pump at the back of the engine, I have also included a picture on the app for you to see. Regarding the fuel issue, we collected your car and drove it to the workshop but recovered in back to you on our recovery truck due to the coolant leak, we did't want to risk causing damage to you engine as you had declined the additional work needed. It is not our responsibility to make sure there is adequate fuel in your car if you know that we will be collecting the car for repairs, we tick the box when accepting a job stating for collection and delivery.
