The work is fantastic. The mechanic knew exactly the problem and the resolution, I am very happy with the work, but his communication was poor, probably because he was really busy.

Reply from Alastair:

Hi David, thank you for the review, apologies if it seemed i wasn't in contact with you enough but I did phone you as soon as I knew what the issue was with your car, I did apologise at the time for the late update due to both me and my mechanic still working on other jobs when your car arrived. I ordered the parts and explained that they need to come from the main dealer so delivery was completely out of my control, once the part did arrive i called to say they were here and i would do my very best to have the car done and back to you asap, I worked late to make sure the car was done and you would have it back the next day. We are a very busy garage and always do our best to to have the cars completed and the customers informed, once again i'm am sorry if you feel this wasn't the case. I look forward to working for you again in the future. Read more

Alistair was brilliant and helped get my BMW repaired. I have used Alistair in the past to do things like timing chain and rocker replacement and have always had a good experience using him. Would recommend to anyone needing work done on their car.
