I am very happy with the service Alastair provided. He called a few hours before the scheduled appointment and asked if he can collect my car earlier, which meant that he was able to finish the work on the same day. I am really grateful for the great work, thank you.

Alistair was friendly and helpful, he took the car for a diagnostic check, located the fault, informed me of the problem and what was required to fix it. A new suitable battery was sourced and fitted. The car was returned to my address and is now up and running.
