kept me informed and returned the car promptly once repairs complete
this all gave me gr8 confidence in the company as i was haveing alot of issues finding someone to complete the timing chain replacement on my mini
during the works he highlighted another issue which i plan to book it back in to have the additional repair complete

Hi Derek, thank you for your review but I do find this a little unfair, we collected your car within the time slot, I called to explain on the day that there was another job that we had an issue with and it will put your car behind schedule, unfortunately this does happen from time to time and it is completely out of my control. I contacted yourself and asked if you were desperate to have the car back the same day, when you said you needed it i made sure I stayed late to have it finished and back to you, I believe it was around 9pm, I do apologise that things did not go to plan that day and in the future I hope you use us again and we don't run into any issues.
