Punctual in picking up my car. Let me know later on that there was an issue in that the oil filter element had a piece missing and investigation underway. Quick to pin blame on 'whoever did the last service' until I let him know it was them who did the last service as well. From that point very vague and non-committal in communication often having to be chased despite being asked for updates. Next morning finished with the car and informs me I have to pick my car up from them because they're short staffed - 15 miles away and nowhere near any form of public transport. I had a commitment I couldn't move which I needed the car for in the afternoon so a £35 taxi later and arrived to be welcomed by 5-6 staff all chatting away with no sight of work being done.
Clearly too busy for anyone to drop my car back.
Overall felt like despite delays due to issues they caused, I was the one bending over backwards - bare minimum effort from them and nothing more.
Do I have faith that they serviced my car correctly this time? Absolutely not, but I guess I'll find out in a year.

Hi Alex I am extremely surprised by your feedback and how you have written your experience with my company. That's really not how it was at all I have all the calls recorded and text messages to suggest other wise. The 4 people in the workshop when you arrived were customer going through a £5000 rebuild on the Audi Q7 thats fact i don't employ kids as 3 of them were below the age of 15 lol. You offered to collect your car as you needed your golf clubs for a lesson. I went the extra mile and found the torn filter and made sure it was completely safe for the road. I updated you on the repair and even went in at 5am to make sure your car was ready early then called you and you said you couldn't come till later. This feedback is incorrect. But thank you for leaving your opinion. Also I have all the photos and old parts from your car if you would like them for this reason.
