All good - Louis and his team (his father) did an excellent job of collecting and returning the car, and of obtaining the necessary parts. Clearly I can't rate the actual replacement job yet, as it was not a visible part or one whose effect one can judge immediately, but their speed and enthusiasm were most impressive. To put it in perspective, I had been quoted over a month's delay by both a main dealer and an independent. The "Clickmechanic" model has certainly worked for me.

Louis was fantastic from start to finish. He made contact promptly and explained the whole process clearly. My car was collected first thing in the morning, and he kept me updated throughout the day on the progress of the work. The service was professional, reliable and hassle-free. I would definitely use Louis again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others.
