Simon arrived in the first 30 mins of the 2 hour slot to collect my car, which was great as I could get on with my day. I called Louis mid afternoon to find out when I could expect my car to be returned. He answered my call straight away and gave me an ETA. He took the time to tell what had been done and gave me a heads up of what will need attention in the near future.

Very knowledgeable and broke things down enough for me so I understood properly. Nice prompt service and seems passionate about what he does, so I have every faith in his work.
