Unfortunately won't be using this mechanic again. After having my car for over two days for service, mot and two new tyres did not put radiator cap back on correctly. Took car out next day ready for weekend away, car had to be stopped as radiator cap was missing.
Mechanic did come out to us after contacting him with temporary cap, very grateful. Now waited over three weeks for replacement cap (did drop one into us but for different car so didn't fit).

Louis was absolutely fab. Very thorough, very good prices and went above and beyond to advise me on issues that I’d inherited when I bought the car from a dealer. Car being collected was such a bonus and even got a courtesy car

Louis was really good, he made sure I knew what was happening with my car and what he was doing to it after he picked it up. He found and fixed an issue I didn't know about as well! He also sent images of all the work he had completed. Will be using him in the future
