Shashi was very knowledgeable and explained the problem to a non mechanic like me so I could understand. Turned up and cracked on and was very happy to find the answer.

Shashi went out of his way to try to rectify the BCM fault which affected my headlights, rear lights, interior lights & tailgate actuator, we went through the step by step process of trying to clear the DTC's to which the error codes still returned, it just seems that you have to take your car to authorised dealer to clear these codes, Shashi underpinning knowledge of electrical fault finding is quite comprehensive, most appreciated for your time effort
