Shashi went out of his way to try to rectify the BCM fault which affected my headlights, rear lights, interior lights & tailgate actuator, we went through the step by step process of trying to clear the DTC's to which the error codes still returned, it just seems that you have to take your car to authorised dealer to clear these codes, Shashi underpinning knowledge of electrical fault finding is quite comprehensive, most appreciated for your time effort

Shashi did a diagnostic check on my Jaguar XF due to the engine warning light being on. He was very knowledgeable about the car and took the time to talk through the process with me and provided the results via email. He also made recommendations regarding remedial action. I would certainly recommend him and use him again in the future.

Shashi arrived during the alloted time. He was very engaging during the whole diagnostic test explaining all the codes and what they ment. He cleared other historical codes that hadn't been cleared by previous work. He even sent me a pdf of the report so I can bring it to the mechanic carrying out future work.
