Keith was friendly and able to assess the problem very promptly. He was well equipped and nothing was too tricky for him. He also gave excellent advice and explained everything I needed to know about the problem.

Keith was absolutely outstanding, knowledgeable, conscientious and personable. It turned out that a small extra part was required to complete the job and after trying everywhere, he went on a 60 mile round trip to collect it in his own time so he could finish the job for me that day because I'm a blue badge holder and rely on my car.
