The guy who came to collect my car on the recovery vehicle was very friendly and took great care getting my car onto the truck without damage!

Very quick and efficient. With work commitments it’s always difficult to get to and from a garage, so it was great that I could leave a key. The car was collected and I received a email later that afternoon saying the work had been completed.

When I got my car back the mechanic said that there was a small blow from the exhaust I have just taken it to a garage to find out where the leak was to find that there was 2 great big holes in the exhaust which the mechanic would have seen when they changed the catalyctic converter

Driving home I found the car still had the same problem. Excessive vibrating above 50mph and now the engine light on.
I don’t think it was the mechanics fault. It was the mechanic from Green Flag who diagnosed the problem. I’m going to speak to them tomorrow.
The lady that picked up my car was delightful.
