I can’t recommend Robert highly enough. Following my previous review, I’m pleased to say that Robert came back and fixed my car within 24 hours of initially diagnosing the problem.
As promised, he returned with the required part and got straight to work. He was professional, friendly and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. The repair was completed quickly and efficiently, and my car was back up and running without any fuss.
What impressed me most was that Robert genuinely went above and beyond to help. He even offered to carry out the repair on his day off if that was what it took to get me back on the road quickly. He kept his word and delivered exactly the service he promised.
It’s rare to find someone who combines excellent technical knowledge with such a friendly, honest and helpful attitude. Robert is an absolutely great guy and clearly takes pride in looking after his customers.
