Friendly knowledge good...but i found out the problem myself and repaired

It was the most simple fix imaginable! AAAAAA!

But he was a friendly person when he arrived and was also somewhat relatabled...? He related to my stress of it being a really easy fix.

I can’t recommend Robert highly enough. He came out to my home on a call-out and was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He was polite, friendly and extremely knowledgeable, and very quickly identified the fault with my car.
Robert took the time to show me exactly what had broken and clearly explained what needed to be done to fix it. He also gave me some really helpful advice about the repair, which gave me complete confidence in using him to carry out the work.
What really stood out was his attitude and willingness to help. Even though the required part wasn’t immediately available, Robert said he would come back and do the repair on his day off if necessary. That level of commitment and customer service is very hard to find these days.
I’m now looking forward to Robert returning within 24 hours to get my car fixed. He is an absolutely great guy, clearly takes pride in his work, and genuinely cares about helping his customers.
