“Booked the apt on Sunday eve, and Steve the mechanic came to do my car (replace break pads) on Monday. I was given a time and estimate of how long it'd take. He arrived on time, and took as long as estimated. He took it out for a test drive, to make sure was all ok.

He was happy to show me what the problem was and what parts and work was required to resolve the issue.

Lee had to do a return visit for an unexpected part replacement which would have been the next working day, Monday.
I had a pressing family matter to attend to and so he did a special Saturday visit so I could drive that same day.
