“John clearly knows his stuff, and was happy to discuss all aspects of the job and agree steps as we went along. He worked really hard for us and I can't fault him in any way. Our job turned out to be bigger than we initially thought, and there was a problem with initial diagnosis of the problem by us, leading to purchase of non-refundable part from dealer, which then turned out to be wrong, however this was our mistake. “I booked a brake shoe replacement for my car on Saturday, expecting it to be a same-day service. However, when they to pick up my car back, I was told the repair wouldn’t be completed until Monday. Since I needed my car the same day, I expressed my concern. The technician then called the manager to see if anything could be done.

To my surprise, the manager agreed to get the job done that same day, even though the garage was closing at 1 PM! They went above and beyond to meet my needs, and I was able to get my car back later that afternoon.
