“Mechanic was friendly and got the starter changed. Car is still not working. Not sure on the full diagnosis as it may have to get further checks in a garage. Air hose lid and filters were removed and he said it had to be replaced while car was being tested. He had to work in cold temperatures and did the checks on a scanner. Took a few hours. Was happy with starter being changed as I thought that would resolve any issue with car. It was disappointing not getting car back on road yet. It was scanned so may need more work and more tests. Knowledgable and let me observe what he was doing. Car not taken to garage with work done in car park. Said sorry he could not get it started.”
