Joe was superb. He recognized and explained the possible causes of the problem. He checked quickly for serious malfunction / damage (nothing there) and then set about getting the car started with logical steps and about 10 minutes later we were up and running. He knew the intricacies and quirks of the engine and knew exactly what to do. Highly recommended
