Arrived in the time slot given, was quick and efficient in pinpointing the problem (a smaller issue than I thought which was a relief!) - would definitely use again! X

Joe was open and friendly, chatty but focused on the diagnostic question in hand. Very knowledgeable but just the right balance of humility and honesty to inspire confidence in his opinion regarding how this tricky intermittent electrical fault can most likely be rectified.
