We were worried as all the garages were booked until the next week. Although sceptical and did not expect anyone to actually turn up within 24 hours let alone within couple of hours. Johnathan arrived within early hours of agreed timeline, the job barely took half hour. He gave us a clear feedback on the issue. No extra charges and only the upfront diagnosis charge which we found was reasonable compared to taking it to other major outlets or garages and the fact that this was very urgently needed. Smooth system in place to book/cancel etc. This might just be the future of car mechanics.
