“Kalim was very informative as to what was needed to get my car back on the road when the clutch failed. He picked my car up and completed the work, returning my car in time for me to have it, so I could use it to get to the station for a planned trip early the next day. He sent video footage of the work that was needed showing worn parts and had to be replaced, so I could see the work he was about to carry out.
