Lee sorted my car out in minutes. Although he couldn't meet the originally agreed 2hr time slot, he phoned me prior to explain why and kept me up to date, which is all a customer asks for. On arrival, Lee was courteous and friendly and made sure I was happy before he left. I have no qualms in using L&R Automotive again
