Good communication with the mechanic. Didn’t meet him but his colleague came and collected my car from my work and was punctual. Communication continued throughout the day and the car was delivered back to my work in good time. It was a mot and service so not sure about the work done and his knowledge but all paperwork was given and up to date.

The mechanic called me and messaged me on the Sunday when I booked the appointment. Arrived within the time slot allocated and returned it once all the work was completed. It took all the stress and inconvenience out of getting work done on my car whilst working.

Saaed arrived within the agreed time window. The car was returned promptly after the service and MOT were completed. Very straightforward, stress-free process and the car was available for me to use for most of the afternoon, which was appreciated.
