He told me he was running late because it was a Sunday and he had to get the part so I don't understand why 8-10 was booked in the first place, but no major drama. He said he would be here at 10:30 he arrived just after 11. Part replaced successfully and all very pleasant and professional once here. All good apart from timings but he called and let me know he was running late.

HE NEVER TURNED UP SATURDAY 8AM-10AM. Finally rang me 1.48pm and said he is waiting for part to do the full service. He asked if i want an interim service instead and i said no. Asked if sunday ok? and what time would i like. i said 10am and he said ok. No show again so i rang him at 11am. no answer but he wasapped me . saying he was at parts shop and sent a picture of a counter with a computer on it. Empty but looked like euro car parts on it. asked himhow long he'll be. After waiting 3 minutes for a reply i told him to cancel the service and coolant change . He said bro i get parts just for you. Told him again im cancelling. Had enough. had to go out at 1pm. Apparently hes at high wycombe so dont know what time he wouldve got here and to do the job.Coolant change and full service..Thats if he wouldve turned up. And why tell me Saturdayt morning and accept the job, if he didnt have a part to complete the service??? Think it was just an easy£40 . no stars. And how can i rate him for quality when i never saw him .Also i have emailed customer service about this twice..but think it is just an automated service because no mention of what i said. Im not prepared to lose £40 THROUGH NO FAULT OF MY OWN

Friendly mechanic, done a great job . They were running a hour behind but kept me informed and turned up when they said they would .

Do not recommend. Tried to cancel my booking the night before it was supposed to be after it had been booked for a month, when he did confirm he was coming turned up 1 hr 15 minutes after the agreed 2 hour time slot between 8-10am. He then said I wouldn’t have the car back until 5pm? A MOT and service shouldn’t take that long, never mind the fact he took the vehicle over an hour away to a garage not listed on his profile. A very very very frustrating and painful experience.

Diagnostic the issue in the morning, picked up parts necessary and fitted all in the afternoon, on a Sunday. Happy with the service provided.

Saeed was very pleasant and polite. He kept me informed on the progress and what needed to be done. My car smelt lovely on return.

Saeed was helpful, friendly and punctual. He diagnosed the problem quickly and informed me right away. I then selected a different mechanic, but that was due to my wish to have a garage nearby. It wasn't an easy job to do on-site.

Major service on my Mercedes. Very friendly and knowledgeable also kept my drive clean from oil etc highly recommend him
