Andrei was very knowledgeable, friendly and arrived on time. He communicated throughout to keep me informed and carried out the work required with no fuss. The car has developed another unrelated issue and he kindly called me to explain what the cause may be and potential next steps to get it resolved. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Andrei was great - very knowledgeable and friendly, happy to explain everything. He made me confident I was buying a car with no secrets. I was so grateful to him. The list of checks were better than the AA and RAC ones, and cheaper too. The website made it easy to see possible slots before I had to fill in all my personal details, which I liked.

He explained the problem and gave me good suggestions to how it should be fixed and wallet exactly is needed to make the car work.
