Andrei was polite and friendly . He explained what the problem was with my van thoroughly . He was very knowledgeable about the problem and showed me what the issue was . He arrived on time on the 2 occasions he came out . He had problems bleeding the clutch and had to go and get a toll to do this but came back as promised and completed the job .
