Audi Q2 Engine oil & filter replacement

But disappointed. The mechanic had meddled with the light switch’s and the radio. Had take. Photos of our vehicle without permission and commented on work that may or not need doing and suggested he could do it.
So overall not impressed

I think your review is unfair. The car was collected within the booking slot.
Also your comments are not related to the booking job.
Sometimes we shut radio and auto lights to not discharge the battery.
Also all my customers find useful to know the condition of their vehicle and if any work needs done!
Also we don't take pictures of your entire vehicle, just for the parts which we consider the customer needs to know.
