He was a very nice man . And very helpful. He answered many questions I had about the car

I don’t know who to be pissed at. The mechanic was fine. However, they called me to move my appointment from tomorrow to today because they had an opening. I said yes because I was available and didn’t care since it sounded like it was helping them out. But since they performed it today, I got charged a £25. I wouldn’t have moved my appointment from tomorrow if I knew I was going to get charged but I thought since THEY asked to changed it, it wouldn’t be on me. And I emailed click mechanic about it and they said since it occurred today I owe the fee. I’m still arguing with them but I don’t know who to be mad at here. I will be fighting for my money back cause I think this is ridiculous. Read more
