Really pleased with the service I received for my interim service and MOT. There was an issue with some equipment which meant my car had to be collected a day later than originally planned, but I was kept fully informed and communication was excellent throughout.
My car was collected the following day, the service and MOT were completed along with the necessary repairs, and it was returned to me the same day.

I was particularly impressed with how smoothly everything was handled despite the initial delay. Friendly, professional and reliable service, with everything clearly communicated from start to finish.

Got a call saying that parts had not arrived and that it would be slightly late arriving. That was no problem, good to be informed. Ali turned up and carried out the work. He showed me videos of everything carried out. Very good service will defo use again. Thanks guys

Happy with the work done, It was a different mechanic than I was told would attend, but overall a good job done.

Ali turned up and phoned me to let me know he had arrived. He introduced himself with a smile and was very polite. He set about the job at hand, front brake replacement, explaining the process and how long it would take. He showed me the old parts and the new ones and also pointed out some faults that would need addressing which I was glad that he did. He finished within the hour and this was during a terrible rain storm. I would gladly recommend Ali to all. He was polite, knowledgeable, informative and very professional, I would definitely recommend him to all, thanks Ali.

I was told to expect Qaz, I could see his reviews and qualifications, I was given his phone number to get in touch. For some reason another guy called Ali turned up with a different phone number. So it all started very confusing.

Ali turned up in a Toyota Prius which did not give me the confidence he had the tools necessary but I let him crack on.

I paid for a full service and he completed it in 25 minutes….

I am sure he changed the oil and maybe did a few other things but he could have not have completed the full service including the full inspection in 25 minutes.

After the service he told me I needed to replace one of the brake discs but on the report I received via email he mentioned nothing about the brakes and ticked that the brakes are fine. Also he did not road test the car even though on the report he said he did. It seems he ticked that everything was done and everything was fine.
