On time, sent videos at each stage of the service… much easier than going to the garage leaving my car. Only had a service but about £50 cheaper than local garages.

This was my first time using ClickMechanic, so I want to leave an honest and balanced review.

Qaz’s communication was great from the start. He was due between 08:00 and 10:00, but updated me early about a delay caused by Euro Car Parts. He arrived at the revised time of 13:20 and kindly showed me the new parts before starting. Since I had to leave for work, he also sent short videos showing the new filters and fluids going in, which was a nice touch

The entire Full Service on my Audi A6—including all filters, fluids, and the 70-point check—was finished in under an hour. There was no footage of the old oil being drained, and completing the service plus a full safety inspection in under 60 minutes felt a bit too efficient. Qaz did assure me that everything on the checklist was covered, but not being a mechanic myself, the speed leaves me doubting whether the 70-point check was carried out thoroughly or just glossed over.

Turned up on time, completed the work at my home in good time and work was done to a great standard.

Brilliant ! Stopped me buying an absolute clunker on a pre purchase check, well worth the money. This man is a good man.

Qamar ul was very professional. I had front and rear brake discs and pads replaced on my Renault Kadjar and he did a great job. Will recommend him.
