“Very efficient service, the process was explained to me and carried out exactly as agreed. Really good communication and all the staff I spoke to on the phone and met (when my car was collected to go to the garage for repair and dropped off again when ready) were very professional and friendly.”

“Darren was great. He updated me before arrival. Confirmed the work that he planned to carry out and reassured me that if there were no issues he’d return the car within three hours.

Which was excellent as my wife needed our car for the school run that afternoon. She was very pleased Darren was true to his word.

Great service we would thoroughly recommended him.”

Excellent service from start to finish. Arrived on-time to Beckenham, BR3 today with great comms to keep me updated on the arrival time. “Bartek managed to diagnose the problem quickly and came back to fix it once he'd got the parts. Once done he came out with me for a quick drive to ensure the engine warning light did not come back on. This was much appreciated as I was worried about the first drive.”
