“We needed a new timing belt and had been vastly over quoted by our local dealer so thought we would give ClickMechanic a try. Andy was brilliant! We had unfortunately had a rubbish experience with our local garage prior to this issue and Andy restored my trust in the profession. He was courteous and friendly. Unfortunately the weather conspired against Andy, meaning he couldn’t get the car back to us maybe as quickly as he would have liked, we had another car so weren’t inconvenienced at all, Andy kept me up to date with how he was getting on and gave realistic and sensible time frames to work with which was massively appreciated. The car was dropped back at the agreed time and Andy showed me photos of the work done which is a great touch being able to see that. All in all very impressed indeed!”

Deserves a medal and extra pay for his great work in ensuring safe completion for us. He was knowledgeable and explained what his approach would be to all of the related 'impossible problems' identified by others. He put in all the necessary extra time to overcome the difficulties of that diagnosis (the car was likely be a write-off if they moved it - and they couldn't ensure it could be avoided). But Lee had confidence knowing how to plan to avoid damage to essential other parts of the car, and he put in a great deal of extra work at his own cost to avoid that huge damage. Deserves extra pay. Words aren't enough to express the whole family's gratitude. Properly planned, thorough work, no corners cut, and worked extremely hard and overtime, confidently to completion. We'd recommend Lee totally.”
