Awful. All he did was stick the computer on. Not helpful advice other than contact the dealership. Having just spent several hundreds on being towed back and hoping to actually get a diagnostic / next steps from a diagnostic! Not only is disappointment a severe understatement but no advice or guidance for additional works / fixes was offered other than to come back through this portal.
Real couldn't care less attitude and Ive just had to pay for another company to do another diagnostic but they actually checked under the bonnet and under the car found there was some oil leakage issues too. If I could give this minus stars I would.

Yasika, was friendly, very knowledgeable with regards to diagnostics using the OBD type scanner to find the issue with the system, clear it and give me the item that was to be replaced. Also recommended using Cataclean to clean the engine, and exhaust system. No more engine warning light.
