Lee was friendly with great communication. Contacted as soon as booking was accepted to make sure time was ok and then called on the day to update where he was and how long he would be. All fixed quickly and efficiently and car been working fine since.

AVOID I was charged almost double the advertised amount. Lee was aware the suspected problem was an egr valve fault therefore would need Pugin diagnosis to confim this although said he had come to do a manual diognosus .he then turned up and told me that wasn't included in the option I had chosen,although I showed him on site it cleanly stated it was in fact included.almost double the advertised amount was charged to my card

Lee was prompt, kept me informed and more importantly sorted a long standing issue on the car that other mechanics haven’t been able to do before, poorly fitted wheel bearing which had caused some damage. He works methodically and shows you the issues as he finds them.

It all started off ok ,arrived a little while after he said he would, started the job and very quickly realised he had the wrong serpentine belt. Being a Sunday he had to shop around for a belt which then got him pretty enraged. I went outside to see him a while later and he was really angry at me for coming out to ask if he was ok. I've just had to get some work done at vauxhall and they said a cheaper dayco serpentine belt was used and that the tensioner pulley was not changed as per the clickmechanic quote but instead the idler pulley . Leading me to wonder if they say a cheaper serpentine belt was used and tensioner pulley wasn't charged then what quality water pump and cambelt was used since he refused to give me my old bits because he wanted to dispose of them. He actually shouted at me because i suppose the job wasn't as easy as he had wanted. He accepted the job on a Sunday then said i would never get a mechanic to come and do a job like that on a Sunday. Again not my fault because he accepted the job though clickmechanic not through me as i initially wanted it done on a Saturday. Read more
