Lee's Autos of Berkshire was excellent in every respect of Lee's work, right from first phone call to completion - totally conscientious guy, with confidence which also really needed his excellent wisdom and judgement. Deserves a medal and extra pay for his great work in ensuring safe completion for us. He was knowledgeable and explained what his approach would be to all of the related 'impossible problems' identified by others. He put in all the necessary extra time to overcome the difficulties of that diagnosis (the car was likely be a write-off if they moved it - and they couldn't ensure it could be avoided). But Lee had confidence knowing how to plan to avoid damage to essential other parts of the car, and he put in a great deal of extra work at his own cost to avoid that huge damage. Deserves extra pay. Lee was punctual and rang me before he visited. He was very thorough in his inspection and tried various things to get the car going. Unfortunately it was the engine that had more or less packed up. Even though he didn't get the car going, I was pleased that Lee tried everything he could to find a remedy. I would use him again and recommend him to friends.
