Very satisfied with the service provided but will see how the car performs before making any comment on the work carried ou,t though MOT was good

I really have little confidence that any service was carried out to my car. Communication was poor. Guy who turned up was very vague and clueless. Oil looks the same as when I gave it to him. I just feel disappointed and wish I had gone to my local garage.

Naweed and Hamza were knowledgeable, informed me about additional work required with the brakes. Then carried out the work to a good standard.

Bikka (through Usman at Resq Auto) was fantastic. While there had to be some chopping and changing of times out of his control, Bikka was a delight. He was honest and transparent with his findings and left me feeling really confident and comfortable with the work done and the MOT, able to do some additional repairs promptly so that my car was ready to go, especially given the price when compared to the normal dealership I use for everything car related.

Did the job, returned the vehicle promptly and were very friendly. Seems a genuinely nice company.

Zak and a colleague from Resq Autos Ltd came to my home address on time. They replaced the rear brake pads on my Vauxhall Insignia. Work was done within 45 mins no issues. Zak explained that the pads were changed at exactly the right time, the discs were fine and they had cleaned and greased the sliding pins in the calipers and cleaned everything up. Great service, top bloke. Well worth the £120 i paid.

Very available to listen to my requests, only 2 days in since replacing my car's EGR valve but everything seem to be working correctly so far and the engine light on dashboard is gone.

They were very friendly and explained what needed doing and were very efficient.
