Appointment was booked for sometime between 8 and 10. At 10:40 I rang to ask what was happening but no answer so I left a voicemail. He arrived about 11:40. Apparently his van had broken down. Whilst these things happen, it could have been very helpful to be told. When he did actually get here he did a reasonable job, took the wheel away, replaced the tyre and put the wheel back on.

Usman was very good and worked later than scheduled in order to complete the work. Unfortunately the recovery service arrived much later than agreed and this put the work behind schedule. The cost was a little more than expected due to encountering rusty bolts but this was not excessive and Usman persevered in order to complete the job. We are grateful for his endeavors.

Usman was polite, punctual and very helpful. We had a problem with the engine oil computer reset but after returning twice to my home address, we got it sorted. Was impressed with this as I had limited time and he arrived as arranged and on time. Would definitely recommend and will definitely use again. All Good!

Usman was brilliant but unfortunately he has damaged my van waiting for him to come out to look at the damaged he has caused and suggests what the outcome will be done

Although the job took a lot longer than quoted the RESQ team did not just stop. They actually went overboard to make sure we got our vehicle back the same day, working into the night despite shop hours having closed.

Usman picked up my car at my address and had it back to me within 2 hours. Had the rear brake pads changed. All seems ok. Good service.
