“I have read many a horror story about these type of websites even panicked when they took full payment from my bank account before work had commenced and I thought here I go another internet scam !,,, BUT ……The chap came out as promised kept me updated by phone, never stopped working and did a fantastic job and was so so nice and friendly, showed us what was wrong and took pictures of the damaged parts which I could view on my account !
