Sam was really thoughrough. He went through all possible causes based on the symptoms I described.
Unfortunately he was really busy today, so didnt have time to do the repair, but I only booked the diagnosis anyway.

Sam was friendly and relatively prompt. Main issue was, he charged me £125.00 for rocking up, spending an hour doing diagnostics, and leaving by telling me he had left some bolts loose as we agreed he would return to continue the fault finding. I asked when, he told me in four to five days, but to contact him later that afternoon to rebook. Which I I tried. No answer. Several texts and unanswered calls later, still not spoke to Sam. Total lack of respect and total lack of communication, yet funny how my account was charged £125.00 before he left my drive way. Sam was in contact with me since I booked the job, I wanted to upgrade the oil used in the service, Sam was happy for me to supply my own oil which he deducted from the the quote. Sam arrived earlier since it was convenient for both of us and carried out the service and change brake pads in a timely manner. Very good service would recommend.
