Great friendly did the oil change and checked the car, found a broken spring that I suspected and sent me a price for the spring repair.

I wouldn't consider what he did a major service, he didn't take car for a test drive before or after the service was completed, wheels did not come off for a proper examination of the breaking system. Since when has checking levels of fluids of the cooling and breaks system, I was expecting both to be drained and renewed. After the service I asked him how the transmission fluid was because the gear change feels a bit sticky, he said he hadn't checked it. He took it for a drive and agreed it was a bit sticky and proceeds to check the gear box oil level. I wouldn't advise anyone to have a major service with click mechanic if this is the standard, feels to me like a interim service wi.

I arrived early, dianosed the problem within 5 mins and then sourced and fitted a replacement whilst I was able to continue working at the same time.
