Sam was punctual and polite. He did a diagnostic test to discover the cause of rough idling and stalling. He identified two items that needed replacement and supplied a detailed description of the diagnosis carried out.

Sam was really thoughrough. He went through all possible causes based on the symptoms I described.
Unfortunately he was really busy today, so didnt have time to do the repair, but I only booked the diagnosis anyway.

Sam was friendly and relatively prompt. Main issue was, he charged me £125.00 for rocking up, spending an hour doing diagnostics, and leaving by telling me he had left some bolts loose as we agreed he would return to continue the fault finding. I asked when, he told me in four to five days, but to contact him later that afternoon to rebook. Which I I tried. No answer. Several texts and unanswered calls later, still not spoke to Sam. Total lack of respect and total lack of communication, yet funny how my account was charged £125.00 before he left my drive way.
